Acionna was a Liverpool boats 58-foot Kingfisher cruiser stern narrowboat built in 2003.
Acionna was a Celtic Gallic water goddess who had the power to control the movement of the water and was the goddess of springs.
Hannah and I have lived aboard for twelve very happy years.
We had many adventures together, but it was time to move on.
Canal and River Trust licence number 509368.
Watercraft Identification Number (WIN) GB-LBC 020661303
Description:
Entering from the front deck via two glazed doors to the spacious living area with cupboards and stove. The first thing to note is the headroom which is geater than in most narrowboats. The boat has wood panelling throughout providing a bright but traditional feel. The flooring is oak throughout the boat. There is a dining/working area with a dinette that converts into a double bed. The galley is open plan and fitted with a full-sized gas cooker/oven, 12volt/240volt fridge, sink/drainer and cupboard space. There is a spacious bathroom with a shower cubicle and basin. The toilet is a compostable toilet that alleviates constant emptying or pump-out. There is an option to reinstall a Thetford cassette. The rear bedroom has a fixed double bed with cupboard space under and around the bed with drawers and a wardrobe. Stairs lead from the bedroom to the stern cruiser deck.
