Meeting for implementation of the program – organizational issues:
- Presentation of the project’s objectives, main activities and estimated results, organization of the mixed team, establish the tasks of each partner
- Discussions regarding the specific subject to be presented by each partner in the second meeting
- Establish the plan for evaluation and dissemination
- Planning of next steps of the project, including the website and the facebook page elaboration.
- Establish the management group
Implementation
The first meeting of the project was held in Bucharest from 1 to 4 December 2019 according to the initial plans as you can see on the PROGRAMM. On the final REPORT you can also see all the activities of the meeting. Everything was great, the hospitality, the city, the food, the visit to the University and most of all the human contact between old and new friends as all the PARTICIPANTS admitted!
