Volunteer

Volunteer Program: Launching in 2025–2026, the Family Service Program encourages all SPS families to strengthen community through faith, compassion, and service. Each family is expected to earn 100 points (about 10 hours) by May 15, 2026.

Participation & Flexibility: Points can be earned by parents, grandparents, high school siblings, and other family members (some roles require SAFE Environment clearance). Families will be assigned a Family ID Number to track progress.

Opportunities to Serve: Wide variety of on- and off-campus roles, from one-time events (Spring Fest, Auction Gala, Field Day) to ongoing service (Refugee Outreach, Mass support, committees, coaching). Many activities award 10+ points per hour.

Accountability & Recognition: Families are expected to meet the 100-point goal or pay $5 per missing point. Those who go above and beyond will be recognized, and feedback is encouraged to improve the program.

2nd Grade Opportunities:
*Sunshine Coordinator - 41 point | Auction Basket/Craft Organizer - 31 points
