Dismissal Times:
Grades 1-4: 3:20 p.m.
Grades 5-8: 3:40 p.m.
Carline Procedures:
To ensure student safety and smooth traffic flow:
Designated carline areas:
PK3-Kindergarten and Grades 3-4 line up on Walnut Hill;
Grades 1-2 and 5-8 use Ferndale Rd, with older siblings joining younger ones on Ferndale.
Carline times correspond with dismissal times above.
Parents must remain in their vehicles and follow staff directions.
Use designated drop-off/pick-up zones; do not park or leave cars unattended in the line.
Students enter/exit cars only on the curb side.
Family carpool tags with student names are required for students in grades 2 and below.
Please be patient and courteous to staff and other parents to keep dismissal safe and efficient.
Extended Day:
No Extended day 8/11 to 8/13
Begins on Thursday, 8/14
Late pickups are sent to Extended Day and must be signed out there; late fees may apply.
Mass/Liturgy Days:
Tuesdays & Fridays at 8:00am -- Parents are always welcome to attend.
