Once you've looked through all of the course descriptions and have selected your choices, here are the instructions for registration.
Instructions for Middle and High School Registration:
Login to the Watch Co-op website.
Click on the “Class Registration” in the menu and you’ll see all of the class choices.
If you are using a mobile device, click on “Main Menu” and then “Secondary Menu.”
If you are using a desktop, it is the first link on the left side menu.
At 10:00am on Registration Day (5/6/26), you will be able to see and select the classes you wish to choose.
Once the class is open for Registration (at 10:00 am), click on the class you’re choosing. This will expand the window for that class.
On the right side of the window, you will see your kids' names.
Select which child(ren) you want to register for that class, and then hit the “Register” button and you should receive a pop up that says “Your registration was successful.”
If the class is a year long, you need to register separately for BOTH the Fall semester and the Spring semester for that class.
Then close that class window and move on to register for another class.
Please ensure you've registered your student for two semesters of High School P.E. Even though it is a "given" that all students take P.E., we will still register our students for it so that the schedule is complete.
After you have registered your children for all their classes, click the “Manage Class Registrations” button at the top right side of the “Class Registration” screen.
Select the tab labeled "Future Classes." If you are on a mobile device, you may need to "refresh" your screen and then click "Future Classes."
Each of your children should be shown with their classes listed out.
You should have a total of SIX classes for EACH of your children. (3 class periods x 2 semesters = 6 classes total).
Notes
A copy of these instructions, class descriptions, the Class Schedule, and some FAQ’s can be found on the Course Catalog Home site (see menu above).
If your 8th grader would like to register for a High School Class (or your High Schooler wants to register for a Middle School Class):
FIRST register them in all "grade level" classes when registration opens at 10:00am. At 1:00pm on May 6th, after you have contacted Ashley Stacer for approval, you can register them for their preferred class choice that is NOT grade-level. This is all dependent on numbers as well. We aim to somewhat evenly spread kids out across classes and the "on level" students will get frist dibs.
Once approved you may then cancel the registration for the undesired grade-level class.
****All above or below grade level registration must be approved.**** Contact Ashley Stacer first, who will then reach out to the teacher of the desired class to get approval. Once that step is completed, Ashley will give you the “Okay” to register up or down a grade level after 1:00pm on Registration Day, or after all families have registered, whichever comes first.
If a class you want has a WAITLIST:
Get on the waitlist.
THEN please REGISTER for ANOTHER CLASS (that is not full) for that same semester & hour. Remember you need to be registered for six classes for each child, but that does not include waitlisted classes.
If your high schooler would like to work in a preschool/young elementary class, please contact Ashley. We will place student helpers in a class where we can best utilize their help. Ideally they remain in classes with their peers, so this is a unique option and last resort.
At the end of your family's registration, you will see a balance in the upper corner of the website page, or you can click on the "view statement of account to pay" button. This is your total for class fees. This will be added to your dues at our Mandatory Meeting on September 1st. All class fees will be paid upfront for the entire year. When the Meeting gets closer, the treasurer will add in the dues and you'll see an updated balance.
Please be sure to revisit the Course Catalog page and secure any books or supplies that are needed for your kids' classes before we begin in the fall.
We are looking forward to the 2026-2027 school year with great excitement and anticipation of all that Lord has for our community. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need any assistance at all or have any questions.

For the 2026-2027 school year, these students (2nd- 5th grades) will stay together with their peers in predetermined classes, so there is no need to register them on the website.
2nd/3rd will stay together
4th/5th will be together
Occasionally a parent sees fit to place their child in a class above or below their grade level grouping. This is possible under the right conditions. ****All above or below grade level registration must be approved.**** Please contact the Director Ashley Stacer first, who will then reach out to the teacher of the desired class. Since we are not registering on the website for these grade levels, this will be handled outside of registration day. These decisions should be made prior to the end of this (2025-2026) school year so that the teachers of the classes involved can properly prepare over the summer.
