Incoming Material Inspection - Upon arrival, each batch undergoes a comprehensive inspection to evaluate key parameters such as purity, density, and tensile strength. This ensures that only high-quality materials are accepted for production.
In-Process Quality Monitoring - Random sampling, dimensional accuracy checks, tensile strength assessments, and material integrity tests are performed throughout the production line. Each batch is tracked using advanced quality control systems, ensuring full traceability and consistent performance.
Final Quality Assurance & Delivery - Before dispatch, every product batch is subjected to a precision testing equipment to assess attributes such as durability, flexibility, and UV resistance—particularly for applications like grow bags and polythene films.
