Whether you're there for a troop program, taking one of the department's 17 merit badges, or stopping by for open programming, you'll notice that 49er's Pavilion is always bustling. Merit Badges

Troop Programs
Blacksmithing - Join the STEM department for a demonstration of traditional blacksmithing techniques.
Improv Games - Challenge your creativity with STEM as they through fun, interesting scenarios at your troop or patrol to act out.
Drones - Fly a drone through a challenging obstacle course, race a fellow Scout, and have fun!
RC Boats - Race, maneuver, and control remote-controlled boats on Lake Kenosha!
Open Programs
Branding - Bring a hat, belt, or other appropriate material and get them branded! Our staff can brand for you or teach you how to brand yourself.
Blacksmithing - Learn how to use an anvil and shape metal with our staff members.
