Registration

Registration for the 2026 State Convention will be done via an Excel workbook. The registration file is located below. All registration information must be submitted electronically by March 1.

Convention Pricing - cost is based on the number of occupants per room 

ALL ATTENDEES MUST BE REGISTERED FOR THE CONVENTION UNDER ONE OF THE OPTIONS BELOW

• • Standard Convention - Tuesday - Thursday (includes two nights lodging, six meals, and registration fee)

Single - $630          Double - $455          Triple - $400         Quad - $370

• • Single Day Registration - cost includes registration and one meal indicated below

Tuesday - $55 - includes lunch 

Wednesday - $65 - includes lunch

Thursday - $55 - includes breakfast

• Additional Dinner Meals - to be used for special guests, or contestants staying for the full day. One of the full-day registration options above must be purchased for students.

• • Single Night Lodging - King rooms only (max 2 guests). Priority for double/double rooms (3-4 guests) will be given to participants attending the entire convention.

DUE ON March 1

• • All CDE/LDE registrations.  The registration form must contain the student's name.  Incomplete registration forms will not be accepted.

  • Rooming List

  • Payment in full for convention registration, housing, and additional meals - Refunds will be made for cancellations made on or before March 1.  After March 1, refunds are not available.

  • Supplemental documents for select events via online form (Employment Skills, Marketing Plan, and Prepared Public Speaking)

• HEALTH, SAFETY, AND EVENT PARTICIPATION RELEASE, WAIVER, AND CODE OF CONDUCT AGREEMENT
