You are cordially invited to the 96th Massachusetts State FFA Convention. Join us as we host leadership workshops, as well as Career and Leadership Development Events. Since 1931, FFA members from across the Commonwealth have gathered each year to compete in skill-based events and engage in leadership development opportunities, making lifelong friendships in the process.
Please read the information below and the convention schedule carefully and make note of all deadlines. All forms that you will need for the convention are available on the pages in the navigation menu. All files were created in MS Word, MS Excel or Adobe pdf. If you have problems opening them, please contact the State FFA Office as soon as possible.
All 2026 State Convention CDE’s that have a national event associated with them, will be run according to rules posted to the Career and Leadership Development Events page on the National FFA website. Some practicums may be modified due to time and space constraints. Information for all other CDE’s and events are located on the CDE/LDE Information page of this website. Official FFA Dress is required for all State Convention Career and Leadership Development Events.
Listed below are the deadlines for registration forms and applications. Late, or incomplete, forms and applications will not be accepted. Please note, state and national dues must be paid by February 15th in order for your registrations to be processed. The draft convention schedule is located below. Event times will not change, however, there may be changes to room locations. Be sure to review the convention program upon your arrival to be certain you and your students do not miss events.
Please consult the convention schedule when registering students for events. While we will do our best to allow students to participate in multiple events, there are limits to how many accommodations can be made. Please keep this in mind as you register students for events that run back to back. Students will not be allowed to compete in more than one event scheduled for the same, or overlapping, time blocks.

The Chapter Showcase replaces the chapter exhibit event. It is open to one entry per chapter (individual or team of two students) to give a presentation highlighting their chapter, SAE, or Massachusetts agriculture. Presentations should be 3 - 5 minutes long and may incorporate a video or a slideshow. At the end of the presentation, three minutes will be given for questions from the audience. If using visual aids, a copy of the presentation must be sent to MA FFA by March 24. MA FFA will provide the audio/visual equipment.
Entries will be presented in alphabetical order by chapter. Please keep the full event schedule in mind when registering, as conflicts with other events cannot be accommodated.
Chapter Showcase is a non-competitive event. Participants will, however, receive recognition during the Second General Session. Entries may also be featured on Massachusetts FFA social media accounts.
