Enrolment Instructions for EXISTING students
EXISTING STUDENTS ONLY
It is best to use a computer if possible as mobile devices can be glitchy.
1 - Go to our website - www.glenbrookballet.com.au and click on the “GBT Customer Portal” button on the webpage footer (At the bottom of the website). Enter your online portal login details.
2 - Click on the "Classes" drop down menu on the left hand side and select "Add enrolments"
3 - Select the student you wish to enrol in the top dropdown box
4 - Go through and select the classes you wish to enrol your dancer in by selecting "Add to cart" on the right hand side. (Please take care to select all classes that are required at each level)
5 - If you are enrolling more than one dancer, select the second dancer from the top drop down menu and repeat step 4 for each dancer.
6 - Once you have selected all classes for each student, click on the cart at the top right and select "Checkout"
7 - Make payment via credit card for the $35.00 per student registration fee.
8 - Congratulations! Your class registration is complete - We will be in contact within a few days to confirm everything*.
Enrolment Instructions for NEW Students
NEW STUDENTS ONLY
New enrolments open 3rd December

1 - Go to our website - www.glenbrookballet.com.au and click on the “2025 online enrolment portal” on the top right of the webpage menu.
2 - Enter the password “GBT2025”
IF YOU ARE ASKED FOR AN APP COMPANY CODE it is- XLVW3KU9
3 - Select the classes you wish to enrol in from the timetable display. (Please ensure you have checked against this info pack for the most suitable classes and also for any class requirements.) This process must be completed separately for each dancer being enrolled.
4 - Once you have finished adding classes for your first dancer - select “continue with enrolment”
5 - Enter your details (the person who will be responsible for the account)
6 - Enter the student’s details. Please be sure. to include an emergency contact (name and number) that is in addition to the parent/guardian details. Please also ensure you select your photo permission. Click save. If you get a blank screen, go to the purple box and scroll up as far as you can.
7 - Now is the time to add any additional students - or click next
8 - Check all the details are correct and please ensure you read the terms and conditions and select the check box to indicate you have done so. If you get a blank screen, go to the purple box and scroll up as far as you can.
9 - You will then be prompted to sign up for EziDebit. (Your registration fee of $45.00 will be direct debited from your account)
10 - Congratulations! Your class registration is complete - We will be in contact within a few days to confirm everything*.
*Please be aware that the office closes on 14th December 2024. Enrolments received towards the close of term may not be processed until we return in January. Any enrolments received during this time will be processed in the order in which they are received.
Term Dates 2025:
Glenbrook Ballet Theatre classes mostly follow the NSW public school terms. Classes do not run on public holidays.
Term 1: Monday 3rd February - Saturday 12th April
Term 2: Monday 28th April - Saturday 5th July
Term 3: Monday 21st July - Saturday 27th September
Term 4: Monday 13th October - Saturday 13th December (TBC)
