Qualities of a Successful Team member
When thinking of team members, ask yourself these questions - the answer should be YES to all!
Will they fundraise?
Would I choose them to do a school project with me for a grade?
Are they reliable and responsible?
Will their parents support our team? (if prospective team member is a student)
Brainstorm Prospects
Try to think of at least 5 students and 5 adults who are motivated, responsible, and love talking to people and record them here.
Make the Ask!
Register the Team Member
We can walk through registering your team members at the first team meeting. However, if your team member wants to register right away, the instructions are here.

Be Clear: Provide clear expectations for your team members.
Assign Deadlines: Create a timeline and assign clear deadlines for tasks
Communicate: Utilize a weekly communication plan, create group chats, include a plan for your team members' parents.
