The main event runs from Friday 16th to Tuesday 20th August 2024.
Thursday 15th: ITEC & organising team arrivals, ITEC meetings & keiko (pm)
Friday 16th: ITEC Meetings (am), general arrivals, opening ceremony, ESC / SoA exams
Saturday 17th: main keiko day, ESC / SoA exam results, evening lecture
Sunday 18th: IS exams part 1 (am), keiko (pm), exam deliberations
Monday 19th: IS exams part 2 (am), keiko (pm), exam deliberations and results, party
Tuesday 20th: final keiko, closing ceremony, departures
