Dr. Jale Aldemir is an Assistant Professor of Early Childhood Education at Coppin State University in Baltimore, MD. Her research proposal title is:

"A Phenomenological Study of Urban ECE Providers' Experience of Compassion Fatigue".

Mr. Kyung Ick Park, a doctoral student in Educational Leadership at Delaware State University, His doctoral research proposal topic is:  

Male Early Childhood Teachers’ Perspective on Occupational Specialty and Caring: An Autobiographical Phenomenalism Study.

Mr. Park was nominated by his major professor, Dr. Keun K. Kim.
