When to use Google Earth Web

Google Earth Web is a 3D immersive platform that allows you to share the maps you made with others. It requires a lot of bandwidth and is not suitable for situations where bandwidth is limited. Google Earth Web is an excellent presentation tool. Google Earth Web has 3D imagery and Street View, but it cannot be embedded on your website.

What you'll need to use Google Earth Web

1. You'll need to use a desktop or laptop computer (on mobile, you can view stories created in Google Earth Web but you can't edit them).

2. Connect your computer to the internet.

3. Open a web browser and go to earth.google.com/web

4. Sign in with your Google account or create a Google Account.
