• Always ask your customers to be in their home for the demo (not from Starbucks, not driving around, etc).

• Make it a point to see husbands and wives together. If you have to choose, talk with the wife - no males alone.

• Send the recommended confirmation email the night before the demo.

• Send reminder text the morning of the demo.

• Call customer ON TIME.

• Smile and present with a positive mindset - Customers can sense your belief.

• It's great to collect stories and testimonials from past customers!

• If customer asks for prices in the middle of your demo, say: “I don't want to give away the end of the movie, I’ll go over all the prices at the end!” :-)

• Smile, be patient and help customers through any technical issues.

• Follow this outline word for word. Read and Smile! 😁

Present to couples together (so they can make a decision together; less pressure)

Make sure they're both in front of the screen (so they can follow along your presentation)

Have them on speaker phone or a Zoom/FaceTime Meeting (so you can talk to both spouses)

Well... As you can imagine, a lot of my friends are just laying around watching Netflix right now, but I'm using this as an opportunity to build my resume and gain some new skills, so I really appreciate you seeing my demo.

Since I'm in my first week on the job, I have a ONE TIME awesome contest and I have a goal of selling __________. That's a pretty big and scary goal for me, but I'm committed to working hard for 10 days and give it my best effort.
