Meeting Information

Join us online via Zoom for the 2021 CSSS Annual Conference

General Information

Accessing the Conference

This year's conference will be hosted online via Zoom. Registered Participants will receive an email with instructions for how to access sessions via our conference website Thursday, April 1, 2021. All sessions will require a password for entry. Participants can join sessions and access presentation resources via the conference website.

Conference Tips

  1. Bookmark the conference website, as that will be our launch site for the conference. You will be able to join sessions via the website each day.

  2. Update Your Zoom: We will be running our conference via Zoom links on the website. Please ensure that you have a Zoom account, as it is recommended for participation. If you do not have a Zoom account, then please visit https://zoom.us/signup and follow the steps to create a free account. Make sure you have updated your version of Zoom, to ensure we minimize any technical issues. New to Zoom? Click here to learn more.

  3. Engaging in the Conference: We know that Zoom fatigue is real and we have designed the conference with space for small and long breaks throughout the event. Our goal is to ensure you have a great experience, please rest when you need to, turn off your video if that feels right. Many Cubers suggest making sure you have your “out of office” message up on email, so you are able to really maximize your experience at the event.

  4. Technology Help and Conference Questions: If you are having difficulty accessing sessions or have questions during the conference, contact the conference planning committee at events@cosss.org, and make sure to include a description of the issue and your phone number, so we can respond with support. A conference committee member will also be monitoring all sessions and will respond to questions via the chat in Zoom.
