QUEENS BREWMASTER WILL BE CHOSEN AT CORONATION.

Since the reign of Queen Jung-Mie, a brewmaster has been chosen for every Queen.

We ask that you bring your best. There are 3 categories. Wine meads vinegers/ cordials / fermenteds from grain & hops. Up to One per category per brewer will be judged at the coronation event of Her Majesty, Queen Cherric.

Presentation is important. Clean bottles, nice label indicating brewer, Date bottled, ingredients type of honey etc. flavor, balance, aroma, clarity will be considered.

EXTRA POINTS

Documentation: how did you prepare it. When was it started, racked, bottled. What period recipe inspired your entry. Compare how you created your entry to how they would have done it in period.
