On the days of April 25-April 28, 2011, a series of large and powerful thunderstorms began developing in the southern United States. once these storms became large enough, large and destructive tornadoes began occuring all around "Dixie Alley" (South-Eastern U.S.), and these storms ended up producing record breaking EF5 Tornadoes all across the Eastern U.S, and by the end of the outbreak, tornadoes had been confirmed all the way from Texas, To New York. These storms had many similarities to the 1974 SUper Outbreak, but on a larger scale. There was a total of 4 EF5 Tornadoes, 11 EF4 Tornadoes, 22 EF3 Tornadoes, and 49 EF2 Tornadoes. This tornado had a total of 348 fatalities (24 being non related).
