CONTEXT
Listen Lights is an MNC which is growing at 93.4% YoY. A steep growth means rapid growth in human resource numbers. In case of a MEP company the human assets are not just employees its also the large base of vendors and partners. This workforce spans across various levels of language, skills and experience.
OBJECTIVE
The company was facing an issue of culture and value system adoption amongst its human resources. Although , they had existing values, the challenge was to communicate them in a common language which can be assimilated by everyone. Secondly to infuse emotion in this communication which is experienced at an individual level, an emotion which is relatable as an self ideal.
SOLUTION
One Story designed a strategy to make the value systems as forces of nature, a metaphorical representation, common to everyone. Secondly we to tied these value representations into a human narrative film. The narrative operates from an individual experiential discovery of the forces within themselves , as one chooses to adopt the org values, which results into a transformation of self and kin.
