TSgt Armstrong will connect you with the appropriate Recruiter for your situation, this will be your assigned Recruiter and you should work directly with them through the full process.

2. Your recruiter will require the following documents (at a minimum, they may require more depending on your situation)

• PHA Questionaire

• IMR

• Vaccination Report

• Enlisted Record Brief (ERB)

• Fitness Report

3. Your recruiter will request our Medical team to review the documents and they will either recommend or not your eligibility to transfer.

4. While Medical is reviewing our request to gain you, your recruiter will prepare a DDFORM368 for you. You'll need to route this through your chain of command. This form has been taking 4-6 months, sometimes longer, to be approved or denied.

5. Once that is complete and you approved to be gained by our Medical team, you will chose your job and enlist with us. You may have an MOS that is compatable with an Air Force job, or this may be the perfect opportunity to cross-train into a new job!
