FAQ on the Process and Requirements
Your Bonus agreement must be completed with MSgt Aamodt and electronically sent to MSgt Aamodt's email.
3 Years Re-enlistment for $4,500 ***Brand New - Effective 01DEC2023***
6-Years Re-enlistment for $15,000 - May be able to stack with Federal Retention Bonus***
Open to all AFSCs, AGRs, DSGs, and Technicians with less than 20 years of service.
Must be fully qualified (3 level or higher)
Set to expire June 30, 2024 *Could change anytime***
Must have a good PCARS and Fitness.
More Details...
1) You must be authorized to re-enlist for 4 or 6 years. To verify that, check in with your unit's CSS and ask to see your reenlistment worksheet. On that worksheet your commander will list how many years you are authorized to re-enlist for.
2) You must have less than 20 years of service (TIS) on date of reenlistment.
3) You must be a 3 level of higher.
4) You must be the only person in your position and your pay grade cannot exceed the authorization for that position. MSgt Sprick can verify this.
5) You must be a current member of the 133AW or 148FW.
6) Need to be in a good service year (50 Points)
7) EMAIL MSgt Sprick your current PCARS (Must be printed in month of reenlistment).

- Select “Self-Service Actions”
- Select “Personnel Data”
- Select the first link “ANG/USAFR Point Credit Summary Inquiry (PCARS)”
- Click the last link “View/Print All Pages” print that page to .pdf
- Email the .pdf to kristianna.aamodt@us.af.mil
8) EMAIL MSgt Sprick your current FITNESS ASSESMENT (Also must be printed in month of reenlistment).
- Log onto “myFSS”
- Scroll down and select “myFitness”
- Click on your current results and print scorecard to .pdf
- Email the .pdf to kristianna.aamodt@us.af.mil
10) There are more detailed requirements. We will review those together when we complete your Bonus Contract Agreement, but for the majority of our members, the above information clarifies the most common questions and gives a good overview of process and minimum eligibility requirements.
