What do we do in this class?
In the Livestock Production class students are introduced to the Livestock and Poultry Industry. Students will learn how to care for livestock projects and the safety precautions required in the food industry to provide a safe product to the consumer. During this course, students will also receive their Beef Quality Assurance Certification.
