A veteran teacher over 25 years I had a heart attack at age 49. Since that time I have changed some lifestyle habits and fast fwd 10 years, I am off of all medications and weigh what I did in high school. These changes help me to have the energy to work with my youngest energetic students. I am recently a grandfather and have 6 children of my own. I live in Brighton with my wife and golden retriever Kaya.
