We inform you that the notification to the European Product Safety Gate was carried out unilaterally by Internetstores GmbH (as the manufacturer of the bicycle).

We want to confirm that the complaint concerning the malfunctioning of the battery reported by Internetstores GmbH has been received from customers and users for about 0.1% of the products we have sold and does not represent an epidemic situation.

We are currently investigating to determine the specific causes of these rare episodes. Our preliminary investigations suggest that the episodes may be due to concomitant causes (external conditions or improper use by the end user), but we are working to clarify this matter shortly.

In the meantime, we ask you to follow these steps:

Product Monitoring: We invite you to carefully monitor and promptly report any issues related to bicycles with our products, investigating, if possible, the actual usage conditions of the product.
Product Shipment: Should you encounter further issues with the Zehus products referred to in your communication, please contact promptly ZEHUS S.p.A. and send them promptly to the laboratories that will be communicated for an in-depth evaluation. Contact: support@zehus.it
