Impetus

In this section, we examine the ability to test the equality of several means by extending the notion of the t-test previously and developing what is called the ANalysis Of VAriance (ANOVA). As part of this, we will use the iris data set that comes R (shown in the diagram above for the variation in Sepal Length among the three Iris species).
