Help Accessing this Site

Some pages on this site require you are logged in using your VCFA Google Account.

If you are being prompted to Sign In when you visit a page on this site login using your VCFA credentials (email and password).
If you are receiving a "404. That's an error" follow the steps below to add your VCFA account. Once you have added your VCFA Account, refresh the page on which you were receiving an error, select your VCFA Account, and you should have access.

Add Your VCFA Account

If you already have one or more Google Accounts, it is a good idea to add your VCFA Google Account to your browser session. This will provide you easy access to all the pages on this website, your VCFA Gmail, Google Drive, and shared VCFA Google Calendars.

Accessing Shared VCFA Calendars

Occasionally we may share a Google Calendar with you. It is a good idea for you to add these calendars to your devices as they contain the most up-to-date information.

In order to add a Share Calendar to your Mobile Device:

Add the share calendar to your VCFA Account on a desktop/laptop computer (see below)
Add your VCFA Account to your mobile device
1. 1. Add or remove an account on Android
  2. Use your Google Account on your iPhone or iPad
Manage your calendars on your device
1. 1. Change your calendar setting on Android
  2. Change your calendar settings on iOS

Adding a Shared Calendar to Your VCFA Account (Desktop)

Occasionally we may share a Google Calendar with you. It is a good idea for you to add these calendars to your devices as they contain the most up-to-date information:

Open the link to the Shared VCFA Calendar (e.g. Residency Calendar — requires VCFA Google Account).
A window should open prompting you to "Add Calendar." If you are not already logged into your VCFA account you will receive a message that "You do not have access."
Click "Cancel" to close the window.
Click on your "Google Account" button in the upper right of the screen. It should contain either your Profile Pic or your initials.
If your VCFA email address appears in the drop-down list, select it.
If your VCFA email address does not appear in the drop-down menu:
1. 1. Click "Add another account"
  2. Log in using your VCFA credentials (email and password)
Click "add" and the Shared VCFA Calendar will be added to your Google Calendars.

Airtable Login

Some content on our pages and some links we share with you may be generated by AirTable. If you see a prompt to "Sign in" to AirTable (see image):

You do not need to sign in using an AirTable account (in fact it might not work).
You do not need to create an AirTable account (also, likely will not help)
Click on the Sign in with Google button near the bottom of the window. Login using your VCFA credentials (email and password)
