Opening Debate: This is how you open a session, you 'motion' to open debate. After opening debate, you open speaker's list with parameters such as 10:1 (10 People, 1 minute for each) or 15:40 (15 people, 40 seconds each).
Speakers List: Getting on the speaker's list means that you will have a chance to convince other countries to choose the topic you think is most imperative. During your speech, you will want to present what topic you think is most imperative to debate about and then mention why it is imperative or how it's affecting your country.
Setting a Topic: After speaker's list, the next motion is to set a topic. This is where countries vote on which topic to debate. A simple majority vote is used and after setting a topic, another speakers list is open to present countries view on the topic. This speaker's list does not end unless debate is closed or the body enters voting procedure.
