Transcripts

A transcript is your official academic record. Your transcript has your final grades for all high school credit-bearing classes, your GPA, SAT, SAT, and AP test scores, and other completed graduation requirements.

Parchment is the electronic transcript system that houses your transcript. By creating your Parchment account, you can order and send your official transcript to academic institutions, yourself for reference sake, employers, the military, etc. Parchment is the new and most expedient way to order transcripts.

Regardless of your post high school plans, you will need to create a Parchment account to access your transcripts. Colleges, employers, and the military recruiters will all ask for them!

Note: Your transcripts should be free to order until you graduate. If it is charging you, please contact your School Counselor.

Please follow the below steps to successfully create your account:

Visit www.parchment.com Click “Create Account”
Fill in all of your information
1. 1. Highest level of education = highest grade completed
  2. Email should be a personal email not school affiliated
  3. Password = compliant and something you will remember
  4. Click “no” to colleges and universities discovering you through parchment
Go to the email you used to get confirmation code, then enter that code
Click ➕ start by adding school or organization you attended
Select Frank W. Cox High
Cox logo should now appear in upper left corner
Choose “currently enrolled”
DOB should autofill
1. 1. Earliest year = first year in any high school
  2. Waive your FERPA rights to maintain confidentiality, click “consent and Request”
Click Green “Order” under screenshot of your transcript
Select to send to yourself
You will receive an order confirmation email followed by an email with a transcript available to download.
