Below is the link to the course registration form you will have when choosing courses with your school counselor. We HIGHLY encourage you to make a copy of this form and do a preliminary choosing of courses with your family prior to the meeting with your school counselor. Your school counselor will talk through your options and make suggestions; however, we want the student to also be having conversations with their current teachers and family members to ensure you are in the right classes for you.
The form below is for Rising 9th Grade Students only. This is the form you will receive when you are completing course registration with your middle school counselor.
If you are enrolling in an AP course for the 2024-2025 school year, please print this form and read over it thoroughly with your family. There is important information regarding AP courses in this sheet such as fees involved with the exams and the minimum nine-week commitment to the course. We encourage all students to take AP courses as it is a great opportunity to experience college level course work and practice critical thinking skills needed for both college and the workforce.
If you are enrolling in a Dual Enrollment course for the 2024-2025 school year, please print this form and read over it thoroughly with your family. There is important information regarding Dual Enrollment courses in this sheet such as: required fees, application steps to follow, and more. We encourage all students to take Dual Enrollment courses as it is a great opportunity to experience college level course work and practice critical thinking skills needed for both college and the workforce.
Excused blocks are for juniors and seniors who have at least a 2.0 GPA, are on track for graduation, and do not have outstanding testing requirements needed for graduation (SOLs or Industry Certifications). Excused blocks are a REQUEST and are NOT guaranteed. Counselors will do our best to accommodate the request; however, it will depend on the master schedule and the courses the student chooses.
