VBGCQ Produce Distribution

*Produce distribution is ONLY for Variety Boys and Girls Club of Queens families and members! 

Every Monday during our harvest season May-November we distribute our produce for free to families participating in VBGCQ [location TBD], from 5:00-6:30 PM or until the produce runs out. All produce is first come first serve.

Distribution Guidelines

• To ensure that everyone gets food, we ask that families limit themselves to one bag of produce per pickup. Please do not take more than one of each item. 

• Distribution will begin at 5:00 PM and will be on a first come first serve basis. 

• Produce will be selected and handed to you by farm staff to ensure food safety. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BAGS! We encourage all families to bring reusable bags to help reduce waste. 

• Don't be afraid to ask farm staff questions! We're there to answer questions, discuss our programs, and get to know our community better. We can't wait to meet you all! 

Want to share a recipe with our community? Email it to sfliceducation@varietyboysandgirlsclub.org to submit it to be considered. Community recipes are printed and shared during distribution and in our monthly newsletter which goes out April-November to VBGCQ families.
