Subscriptions and Upgrades

Manage your account subscriptions through your Subscriptions and upgrades tab on your member dashboard. 

Basic accounts: upgrade your Basic account to Pro through Subscriptions and upgrades > Upgrades. 

1. Select a Pro pricing plan from the dropdown menu

2. If you have a referral or discount code, add it into the Referral Code box

3. Click on the "Upgrade" button to be directed to payment

When you upgrade from Basic to Pro, your account information transfers to your new subscription, along with your VTI rank and badges. After you upgrade your account you will need to logout and log back in. 

If you select the Pro free 7-day trial option, you will not be charged for a Pro subscription for 7 days, and you can cancel your free trial any time during those 7 days. At the end of the 7 days, your account will automatically change to a Pro Monthly subscription and you will be billed on a month-to-month basis.  For more information on pricing, please see our pricing page.

You can cancel your subscription through the Subscriptions and upgrades page on your member dashboard by clicking on Cancel subscription. When you cancel your Pro subscription you will automatically move to the Basic account. Your VTI rank and any badges earned will continue to be reflected on your account and you will no longer be charged. See what features you lose when leaving Pro here. 

If you no longer wish to have your Varcity Pro or Basic account, you can deactivate your account through the Subscription and upgrades page.  Deactivating your account will remove any of your achievements and data attached to your unique username.

Monthly Pro subscriptions are non-refundable but monthly renewal can be canceled at any time. 

Annual Pro subscriptions can be canceled within 14 calendar days of opening your Pro account for a full refund.
