Kelly Posner

My name is Kelly Posner and I am thrilled to be a counselor at McLoughlin Middle School. As a Marshall, Mac and Fort graduate I am so glad to come back to my roots after 13 years as a high school and middle school counselor in another district. One of the reasons I became an educator is because of the incredible teachers I had in the Vancouver School District that made my time as a student so memorable and valuable. I adore working with 6th, 7th and 8th graders because it can be such a pivotal time educationally, socially and emotionally. I am committed to supporting students, families and staff that best serves the needs of our student community.

When I am not at work you can find me traveling to sunny destinations relaxing by a pool, watching my daughter at her gymnastics competitions or cozied up by the fire binging Law and Order SVU.
