The Pep Band performs for athletic events throughout the area and aims to enhance its environment and entertain its audiences!

Rehearsals
There are no rehearsals for the pep band.
Participants will be provided a link to the music for printing. Flip folders and instrument lyres are required - we will not have room for music stands.
Leadership
Leadership
The Pep Band is under the direction of Mr. Neil Huss, who has nearly 25 years of music performance and leadership experience with all types of ensembles, including drum and bugle corps. Neil also directs the ensembles of the Jazz program.
Neil studied at Roanoke College under former U.S. Army Pershing’s Own trombonist, Dr. Joseph Blaha, and spent several years teaching in the K-12 and higher education settings prior to the pandemic. In 2022, he relocated to the PNW and regularly performs on trombone, baritone, and euphonium in the area.

The Pep Band is open to woodwind, brass, and percussion members of all ages. Instrumentation for game days is limited to 25 participants. Interested musicians may sign up for each performance. Instrumentation may be changed to ensure balance.
