Building & School Hours

School Hours are 8:35 PM to 3:35 PM Monday - Friday. Students may enter the Activities Center (Cafeteria) at 8:00 AM.  Doors will not be unlocked until that time.  All students who are dropped off go into the Activities Center, or around to the backside of the main building (and 8th-grade building).  Students attending Power Hour tutoring may enter the building at 7:30 AM and go directly to the library or classroom.  Students who arrive after 8:35 AM must check in with the front desk.  The dismissal bell rings at 3:35 PM and the building is to be clear of students at 3:45 PM.  The main office closes at 4:00PM.

Moment of Silence Procedure: Policy 640

At or near the beginning of each school day, in all grades at all district schools, teachers or school employees in charge of classrooms shall provide a brief period of silence for a minimum of sixty (60) seconds with the participation of every student in the classroom, according to policy 640.
