Every single Google Chromebook across this district is managed by both the Technology Department and the Digital Education Coordinators.
When a classroom gets a set of Chromebooks, every individual Chromebook was hand programmed, updated, and labeled by a Technology Specialist. From there, each individual Chromebook is enrolled into our District Google Organizational Database, placed in specific grade level folder that is assigned to each school site.
If a class set of Chromebooks is put in Room 20 at Browns Valley Elementary School, that same class set is also placed in the 6th Grade folder for Browns Valley Elementary in our Google Database.
From there, these Chromebooks pull all the required configurations, settings, apps, and more, for that specific grade level.
Every grade level had their own set of configurations, built by our Digital Education Coordinators.
