When you update your District Password, it automatically changes across several key systems, including:
Aeries, Google - (Gmail, Drive, etc.) - District Wi-Fi (VacavilleUSD)
While it’s convenient to have one password for everything, there’s an important step you must take to avoid getting locked out:
Update your password on all devices and applications that use your District login.
This includes phones, tablets, laptops, and any apps (like email or Google Drive) that may be storing your old password.
If these devices continue trying to sign in with your previous password, they can trigger a lockout due to repeated failed attempts.
If you do get locked out, don’t panic.
Contact your site secretary to request assistance from a Technology Specialist.
