• Complete the UW application by the priority deadline for your exchange term

  • January 31: Deadline for Summer Quarter/Autumn Semester

  • May 15: Deadline for Spring Semester

• • Under the list of questionnaires is a link labeled “Partner Program Application.” (For College of Engineering partner programs, this step is not necessary because students will receive instructions on how to submit their applications to the program provider after submitting the UW Study Abroad application.) In order to ensure that your UW Study Abroad application is considered complete, click on the link labeled “Partner Program Application,” select, and click Submit. Contact enghmw@uw.edu if you have any questions.

  • Make sure to check the Scholarship box on your application to be considered for a UW Study Abroad scholarship - no additional application required

• After January 31, students with completed UW applications will receive instructions to their UW email to submit the partner program application directly to GEA.

  • GEA will send confirmation of acceptance to the program directly to students by March 1.

Students will be required to attend an orientation session on campus in Spring Quarter 2022. During the session, UW program staff will cover key topics, including;

• Group expectations

• Travel planning and logistics

• Student apartment assignments and expectations

• Updated public health guidelines based on the status of COVID-19

Students will receive orientation and arrival instructions by email from GEA. Upon arrival for the program, students will receive an on-site orientation with DTU program staff.
