Directions to request your Official Ukiah High School Transcript using Parchment:
Step 1. Go to UHS's Parchment website:
Step 2. Create an Account - start by entering your email address.
Step 3. Complete Enrollment Status
Step 4: Select to order a transcript
Step 5. Select the university/campus you want your UHS transcript sent to.
Step 6. Select the type of transcript you would like sent and complete the transaction. There is no fee to request your UHS transcript.

If you took classes at a separate community college, please refer to their admissions and records page.
Please note: The college transcripts to require that you pay a small fee (usually less than $5, so be prepared with credit card information to complete the transaction.
