Requesting Official Transcripts

Directions to request your Official Ukiah High School Transcript using Parchment:

Step 1. Go to UHS's Parchment website: 

Step 2. Select, "request your transcripts"

Step 3. Create an Account

Step 4. Add Ukiah High School

Step 5. Then from there, you will select the university/campus you want your UHS transcript sent to.

Step 6. Select the type of transcript you would like sent.
