Research

United Tribes Technical College faculty has expertise in a range of areas that support healthy and sustainable food, energy, and water systems. Two full-time research faculty, Jeremy Guinn, PhD and Emily Biggane, PhD in the IRRC link with UTTC's researchers and researchers across the region to address diverse questions in renewable energy, toxicology, natural resource use, agricultural biomaterials, wildlife ecology, sustainable food systems, and nutrition.  The goal of the IRRC’s research program is to ask questions that gather data on topics which are significant to resource sustainability and resilience for tribal communities in the region.
