PLEASE read and follow the instructions below:
In the Google Sheets below, all the Student's name are listed based on your department.
Clicking the "Evaluate Student" link in the list.
Evaluate Student" link will bring your to Google Form page PRE-FIILED with student and your info. JUST EVALUATE THE STUDENT
You may refer to the Report and Logbook of your student in the "Report Link" and "Logbook Link".
Once you submit your evaluation, the status in column "Assessment Status" will be updated
