FYP2: CLAIM SUBMISSION

PLEASE read and follow the instructions below:

1. Each student is allocated RM 500 to be used for FYP (subject to approval). 

2. The general classification of claimable items are

   • Chemicals and consumables

   • Poster printing for FYP2 presentation

   • Research related travelling and accomodation

3. For chemical purchases, there are several things that you will need to fill up and attached together with the claim form. 

   • Chemical purchasing application form [Before purchasing]

   • Nota Terimaan Barang [After receiving the items] - BOTH CHEMICALS & CONSUMABLES

4. Claim form can be found in this LINK

5. Complete the form by attaching your receipts and then send to your program FYP coordinators to be endorsed.

6. After the endorsement, send it to Finance Unit MJIIT.

7. Refer the guidelines below.
