SV: PERMISSION TO PRESENT PROCEDURE
Permission given on week 15 (Study Week), supervisors to add comments if their students are not allowed to present.
Students to appeal within the time period set by the FYP coordinators if they are not allowed to present.
FYP coordinator will verify the issue with the respective supervisors and students.
Supervisors can always change the permission status if the students appeal within the allowable time period.
If the supervisors retain their initial decision to not allow the students to present, THE PRESENTATION MARK WILL BE ZERO (0).
