Q4: How long does it take for Student Certification Letters to be produced and collected upon request?
A4: Student Certification Letters can be collected after three (3) working days upon request.

Q6: Where do I renew my student ID?
A6: You are required to proceed to Division of Finance at the ground floor of Block F. Then, you are required to pay the stated amount and bring the payment receipt to CMPS at the first floor of Block A.
Q7: May I know when will the student bill be available?
A7: Student bill will be available on week 3 from the commencement of trimester.
Q8: Do I need MUET (Malaysian University English Test) requirement in order to graduate?
A8: Effective from the May 2009 intake, all students pursuing bachelor's degree programmes at the Teh Hong Piow Faculty of Business and Finance are required to obtain a minimum MUET Band 3 before graduation. For students admitted from the January 2023 intake onwards, the minimum requirement is MUET Band 3.5 before graduation. Students must fulfil this requirement within the maximum duration of their programme of study.
However, students who already meet or exceed the required MUET band before the expiry of their MUET results upon admission to UTAR are exempted from this requirement. These students may choose to retake the test to improve their results.
Students are advised to refer to their offer letter or student handbook for the applicable MUET requirement, as the policy may change and requirements may vary across faculties and programmes.
Q9: I wish to withdraw from the University. What is the procedure on withdrawal?
A9: You are required to submit an online form of Notification to Withdraw from the University form obtainable from the FGO.
