Spanish Level 4 builds upon the concepts learned in Spanish 1, 2, and 3, aiming to deepen students' understanding of grammar, vocabulary, and culture. 

The course emphasizes to develop students' comprehensive proficiency in the Spanish language across the three communication modes: Interpretive, Interpersonal, and Presentational,  while fostering a deep understanding of Spanish and Latin American cultures.    

Based on the World Languages Core Standards for Proficiency, the learning targets for Spanish 4 focus on developing meaningful, intercultural communication and a deep understanding of Spanish and Latin American cultures.
