Project Management

The Project Management Division is lead by the Region Program Manager. They are responsible to oversee and manage the Region’s entire program of projects. They oversee the Region’s performance management system and report quarterly on the status of the Region’s program. They coordinate all project assignments in design and construction. They work closely with UDOT’s Central Planning and Programming Division to make project budget requests and adjustments to facilitate the delivery of the Region’s program.

The Project Managers are responsible to deliver every project in the Region from concept development through construction and closeout. They deliver projects in all areas of the Region ranging from safety improvements and enhancements to preservation and reconstruction. They are accountable for the projects scope, schedule, budget, and data quality.
