Operations Division

The Operations Division is lead by the Region Operations Engineer. They are responsible for all types of roadway and access permits, billboards, signs, and special features within the Region. They oversee traffic and signal studies, traffic operations, and the maintenance of electrical highway systems. They develop corridor agreements and access management plans. They direct risk management and the safety/loss needs, incident management, emergency communications, and traffic operations.
