Adam Lough

Adam Lough is the Traffic Studies and Design Engineer at UDOT. As such he oversees statewide traffic studies, ICE studies, street lighting design, signal design, and the signal procurement program. He is a graduate of Brigham Young University with a degree in Civil Engineering. He holds a P.E. license and has been involved with traffic operations for over 20 years. When he’s not optimizing the safety and operations of traffic signals, he enjoys spending time outside with his wife and children.
