Disturbance letter

If your water system causes a disturbance to a potential lead service line or an unknown service line, it is highly recommended that you notify the consumers. Use our disturbance letter template to inform them. 

Note: While it is currently not a requirement, starting in 2027, all systems must notify consumers if there is a disturbance to a potential lead or unknown service line
