Will this work for everyone?
It's unlikely that everyone at the University will be able to make this work. Hopefully though, this will help a decent number of people get something printed with their vaccines on it.
What could go wrong and who should I ask for help?
If you have IT issues you'll need to troubleshoot that based on where the problem lies. It could be user error, TricareOnline, CAC certificates, or your local computer.
If you've checked the immunization section of your chart in Tricare Online and it's not accurate (missing shot(s),etc.), Walter Reed will need to correct your record. The best option is to find your card and go to the vaccine site which is now located on the first floor of building 9. (Arrowhead) If you don't have your card, at least figure out what dates you got the vaccine and then go to the line so they can help.
If you have your print out and really need an actual CDC card, take the printout to the vaccine site and they will recreate the card for you.
