The Office of the President is tasked to sign all documents and communications of the CSC, present to the Central Board the program of the CSC and the guidelines of its policies, and exercise such other powers, which are inherent to its office and perform such other duties as may be necessary or incidental to the performance of its function as the CSC may provide.
